Sheet 02 / Travel coverage

The same plan, in your city

Our crews are based in Chicago and Austin. When your conference is somewhere else, they travel to the event and work it the way they work at home.

That means the same run-of-show planning, the same headshot booth setup on one backdrop, and photo and video on one schedule. Travel and lodging are quoted with the job.

Book early. Travel needs dates held on our side before and after your event.

What we need from you

  • The city and the venue
  • Your event dates
  • Your run of show, even a draft
  • The load-in window and booth location
  • Which services you want: photography, booth, video

Travel questions

Can you cover a conference in a city that is not listed?

Send us the city, venue and dates. We will tell you whether we can staff it, and quote travel with the job.

How is travel priced?

Travel and lodging are quoted with the job, alongside the crew and services. We do not list prices, so each quote reflects your actual event.

How early should we reach out?

As soon as your dates are set. Travel means holding dates on our side before and after the event, so earlier gives you more options.

Travel conference quote

Send the venue and city, your dates and a rough headcount. A draft run of show helps.

  1. You send the basics
  2. We reply with questions about your run of show
  3. You get a quote that includes travel and lodging

What happens next. Our reply has questions about your run of show, then a quote.
