Spring fills up early

Spring is the crunch for Austin conferences, and crews book up with it. Send dates early and we can hold a crew while your schedule settles.

Many events end on a patio or outdoors. We plan those cues around sun, shade and heat, and keep the booth inside.

We cover

  • Downtown and the convention center area
  • The Domain and North Austin
  • Round Rock
  • Georgetown and San Marcos
  • Central Texas

Photography, video and an on-site headshot booth, with the booth placed indoors between sessions.

Austin questions

How early should we book for a spring conference?

Spring is the busiest stretch for Austin events. Send your dates as soon as you have them, even before the schedule is final, and we will tell you what is open.

Can you cover outdoor or patio receptions in the heat?

Yes. We plan reception coverage around the sun and shade at your venue. We recommend keeping the headshot booth indoors, where the backdrop and light stay under control.

Do you cover events outside Austin city limits?

Round Rock, Georgetown, San Marcos and the rest of Central Texas are in our coverage area. Send the venue and dates and we will confirm the crew.
