Sheet 02 / Coverage area

Built for big convention hotels

Chicago conferences tend to spread across ballrooms, floors and sometimes buildings. We plan coverage by wing and floor, so each space has someone assigned before doors open.

Winter load-in matters here. Give us the dock window and we build the crew's arrival around it.

We cover

  • The Loop and River North hotels
  • The McCormick Place area
  • Rosemont and O'Hare convention hotels
  • Oak Brook and Schaumburg suburbs
  • The rest of Chicagoland

Photography, video and a headshot booth that fits a convention-hotel foyer or expo hall, at roughly 20 to 25 attendees per hour.

Chicago questions

How do you handle winter load-in at convention hotels?

Tell us the dock and load-in window when you book. We plan our arrival and equipment carry around it, so weather and a busy dock do not eat into your first session.

Our event spans more than one building. Can you cover it?

Yes. We split the run of show by building or floor, so each location has someone assigned and coverage does not depend on one person walking between them.

Do you cover suburban conference hotels?

Rosemont, Oak Brook, Schaumburg and the rest of Chicagoland are in our coverage area. Send the venue and dates and we will confirm the crew.
